When we first viewed this forest cottage it was run down and derelict but we saw through the mess and had ideas right away. Working on a very tight budget we re-vitalized this sweet house into a vacation get-away for a new family of do-it-yourselfers. Most of the furniture was used and re-purposed. It was lightened, brightened and re-designed for grand children to play and run through the house in bare feet. A leaky carport was converted into a multi-purpose space for kids and adults to play and sleep. A new landscape scheme nestled the cottage into it’s surroundings. “Cute as a Button!”
